What happened, when and where?
HrMonitor.org is an online collaborative anti democratic pin source project; that is, a voluntary association of individuals and groups working to develop a common resource of anti democratic pin sources. The structure of the project allows anyone with an Internet connection to create its content. Please be advised that nothing found here has necessarily been reviewed by people with the expertise required to provide you with complete, accurate or reliable information. That is not to say that you will not find valuable and accurate information in HrMonitor.org; much of the time you will. However, HrMonitor.org cannot guarantee the validity of the information found here. The content of any given pin may created with missing informations or with wrong data, vandalized or created by someone whose opinion does not correspond with the state of knowledge in the relevant fields.

Our active project editors uses tools for monitor new and changing pins. Human Rights Defenders e.V. (HRD) is a non-profit association working to defend human rights and support persecuted people around the world, with a special focus on Turkey. HRD e.V. was founded in Germany by Turkish lawyers, former bureaucrats and entrepreneurs who found political asylum in Germany and Europe.
HRD e.V. prepares reports on human rights violations, establishes contacts with other human rights NGOs and advocacy groups, government agencies, and regional and international organizations. HRD e.V. provides legal advice to affected persons, initiates legal proceedings on their behalf, and drafts official petitions and communications to the competent organs of the United Nations and to the relevant European institutions.
